Multi-tooth high-speed cold rolling mill
The multi-tooth high-speed cold rolling mill is a type of precision metal processing equipment that uses
multiple rolls or specially shaped toothed rolls, capable of high-speed continuous rolling. It's widely used
in the cold processing of precision tubes, strip steel, and special alloy materials.
Main Features
- Multi-roll/Toothed Roll Structure: Achieves large diameter and wall thickness reductions while improving
surface finish and dimensional accuracy through multiple rolls or toothed roll surfaces.
- High-Speed Continuous Rolling: Uses servo motor drive, closed-frame design, and dual fan-shaped block
balancing to enable nonstop feeding, continuous rolling, and high efficiency—up to 2.5–3 times that
of ordinary machines.
- High-Precision Control: Infinitely adjustable feeding, rotation angle adjustable from 0–90°, with finished
tube OD/wall thickness tolerance as tight as ±0.05mm, and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4.
- Wide Material Compatibility: Can process carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, high-temperature alloys,
copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals.
Typical Structure and Components
A multi-tooth high-speed cold rolling mill usually includes:
- Feeding Mechanism: Stacking, flipping, and chuck pushing of billets.
- Mandrel Device and Chuck: Fixing and clamping the tube billet.
- Frame and Rolls: Multi-roll or toothed roll surfaces for deformation and rolling.
- Feeding Mechanism: Servo motor-driven with high-precision feeding.
- Discharge Mechanism: Quickly pulls out finished tubes and collects them.
- Control System: Main control cabinet, touch screen, fault diagnosis, and process interlock.
Technical Parameters Example (Model LG-15-GHLL)
- Rolling Speed: 60–240 passes/min
